Weekly class - 7:30-9pm
Every Thursday - 7:30-9pm
These weekly movement classes offer a space to be as you are and to put whatever arises into motion. They are designed to support us to dig deep into our roots and to rise and express in our own unique way on the dance floor.
Drawing on the resources of Open Floor practice and the healing power of dance as meditation, we can access the wisdom of our moving bodies and practice fluidity, while releasing stress and restriction.
Through moving solo, together and in community we explore pathways to awaken the natural intelligence of the body / mind and encourage us to create lives of wholehearted and soulful presence.
No experience is necessary, all are welcome !
