Open Floor is a joyful, healing movement practice where we track and move our real-time impulses, thoughts, and feelings on the dance floor. We recognize that we are multidimensional beings with changing needs: to dance alone, join together, to reach higher, and express the fullest basket of our humanity.
Using our Core Movement Resources such as Centering, Grounding, Activation & Settling we come to a deeper, befriended sense of embodiment.
No previous experience is necessary. The emphasis on mindfulness is truly medicine for our times!
