Description

"and i said to my body. softly. ‘i want to be your friend.’
it took a long breath. and replied ‘i have been waiting my whole life for this.’"

~ Nayyirah Waheed ~

Let’s not keep our bodies waiting anymore. “Where Goodness Resides” is more than just a sentiment, this goodness is inherent in our bodies.   When we use our attention wisely and mindfully, we prime our physiology to communicate with us, and we are guided towards this well of wisdom.

Through the powerful combination of the Open Floor Movement Practice and Somatic Experiencing® principles, we will awaken this 'living, knowing body' of ours and follow its whispers, sensations and pathways on the dance floor. Anchored in the mystery of our unfolding dance, we will discover how it is to be more fully alive and vibrant in our bodies, more fluent in our emotions and more present for ourselves and each other  on the dance floor and ultimately our own lives.
