“Only paradox comes anywhere near to comprehending the fullness of life.”  - C.G. Jung

I feel hopeful. I feel hopeless.

I feel abundant. I fear I won’t have enough.

This relationship is over. I want to work it out.

You are just flat out wrong. Actually I can see your point.

In a world that appears more polarized by the minute, we are wise to study the nature of paradox. It is inherent in everything. We expand our chest, our back contracts. We move towards one choice, we move away from another. The outside world demands our attention, yet we live inside our own world view. These contradictions are so common we hardly notice them.

What if we mined the practice of staying open when more than one thing is true at the same time? What if paradox was fuel for creative possibilities?

In our time together, we’ll use Open Floor movement, Voice Dialogue for verbal inquiry, and meditation as a point of integration.

It takes courageous awareness to stay fluid when our emotions are high and our beliefs are strong.  Prepare to move beyond the places you’ve felt stuck, frozen or uninspired.  Prepare to expand your compassion and kindness.
