'Trust is built in very small moments' - Brené Brown

Trust bonds us together.  It is the glue of relationship to ourselves, others and to Life. Our ability to engage with Life is directly related to our level of trust, which stems from our ability to feel safe, to love and confide in ourselves and others.

Many of us grew up through cultures and systems that did not encourage listening to our internal wisdom or trusting the messages coming from our bodies and emotions.

This can leave us frazzled at times, without access to our navigation systems or the gateways to our authentic selves. All of us struggle with trust issues at different stages in life.

During this weekend workshop we will track the small moments that build our trust 'muscles' and increase self-esteem and confidence.

Supported by Open Floor movement and emotional intelligence systems, we will explore the healing power of dance as meditation, connecting to the life force moving through us and asking..

What do we trust?

Who can we rely upon?

How do we strengthen connection on every level?

What would our lives look like if we trusted ourselves more?

As trust is key to clear communication, some voice and sound work led by Kate Lawrence will be offered during the weekend to strengthen the heart and throat centres.
