Meditation Practices

For the Open Floor Teacher Training Preparation

Required:  30 hours of Mindfulness Meditation training

The Purpose: At its essence, Open Floor is a moving meditation practice in which we center our full attention on how our bodies are moving, here and now. It's important that Open Floor teachers have personal experience with meditation/mindfulness practice -- which will enable them to lead groups in simple meditation practices both moving and still.

We are aware that we don't know all the meditation teachers you might be working with. If you've studied mindfulness with teachers or modalities not listed below, please describe it to us and help us expand our international list.
