Gateway to the Heart, Mind & Soul.
(series with closed group)
As soon as we listen to our body, we begin to hear the sounds of the waves of life more clearly. The voice of our heart and our intuition call to us just as hard as the wind in the trees, the rustling of the sea and the passage of the seasons. The habit of stunning or thinking about our creative response to the unfolding of life is a reversible product of our conditioning. We have stopped listening, we are doing instead of being, and judging instead of seeing.
Open Floor is a simple and powerful movement meditation that can help us to awaken and to hear, see and feel the preciousness of life with all our senses and in our full creativity.
Everyone is welcome!

When we use the dance to be fully embodied – physically, emotionally, and mindfully – it simply means being home for the beautiful ride of being alive. It means we’re present for anything and everything: loving, losing, colliding, learning, creating, connecting, and feeling.
Each week we will explore a different theme within the Open Floor Movement practice. We will dance, together on our own and in community.
These classes count as prerequisite hours for the Open Floor International teacher training.
Schedule: Every Wednesday – 7-9pm

Here and Now is the Meditation Cycle that is based on the structure of the Open Floor Movement Cycle of Opening Attention, Entering, Exploring and Settling. Using this structure, we will move through the Meditation cycle.
We open our attention to our experience by “just” sitting. We enter our experience through “just” walking. We explore what is moving through us by “just” dancing and moving. We settle by once again “just” sitting. And we do it again.
With the emphasis on “just”, we allow and discover space for the inclusion and movement of all that is you. This is the spirit of allowing everything to “just be”, to allowing that experience to “just happen” and to allowing it to “just move” and to once again come to a place where you can “just be” with what is within you and moving through you – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Bring a Water bottle, cushion to sit on if desired, layers to take off or put on.
Fee: $20.00 or $180 for 10 classes
