Deepen your movement practice...

We invite you to come explore the philosophy and power of the Open Floor curriculum at Ground Floor Lab California 2026, set in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area – the birthplace of Open Floor.

Open Floor skills are life skills – practical tools for thriving in work, relationships, creativity, and community. This is not just about dance – it’s about resourcing your body for impact, agility, and alignment in the face of modern complexity.

This Lab is a prerequisite for the Open Floor Teacher Training, perfect if you’re considering bringing embodied facilitation into your life and your professional toolkit.

Warmly,
your GFL California team (Majero, Kamla and Cori)

"Being part of Ground Floor Lab was truly valuable. Learning through the resources and connecting with so many dancers was incredibly enriching"
