As an Open Floor teacher, are you longing for more interaction with the OFI community? Perhaps you are motivated to actively contribute to the development of Open Floor International’s non-profit mission? Joining our Volunteer Program will give you the opportunity to make an impact and experience belonging from a different perspective.
OFI has a small team of paid staff and ambitious projects to support our teachers, to expand our educational programs and disseminate our curriculum. We rely on donations and Memberships on Mighty to fund our mission. We are creating various projects that require additional support and expertise from our Open Floor teachers. As we launch new initiatives and extend our reach, these volunteers will play a crucial role in strengthening our organization and our community.
Our volunteer positions span across different projects and tasks within the organization. As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute based on your skills, interests, and availability. All volunteer activities will be coordinated through the Mighty Networks platform to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Our Volunteer Program Coordinator will match you up with a project and support you throughout our Volunteer Program which includes a formal agreement, welcome letter, and regular feedback opportunities to ensure a positive experience for all involved.
