Jonas’ passion and path during 30 years has been in the field of embodiment, body, mind and heart awareness inquiry and process work through dance and movement, yoga, authentic movement, massage, contact improvisation, breath work, shamanism and vipassana meditation.He is an accredited 5Rhythms® teacher by Gabrielle Roth and the Moving Center School in both the Waves map and Heartbeat map. He is a teacher in Open Floor Movement Practice and Libido Fundamentals. Both basic and advance training in dance & movement therapy (DMT) at Stockholm and Karlstad universities.He has studied with Anna Halprin and is a trained massage therapist. He also holds a M.A. in Behavioural, Health and Social Science. He teaches regularly in Stockholm, around in Sweden and abroad, and offers one-to-one sessions in person and online.
