I’ve always been dancing. And dance has always been paramount within my journey of self-discovery, self-healing, and spiritual connection. I love helping people find their selves, their spirit, and their connection to the divine through movement, play, and prayer.
I hold a Masters in Somatic Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies. I have been seeing couples, families and individuals as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2003. I have been facilitating therapeutic dance groups since 2002.
In addition to being a certified Open Floor movement teacher, I have studied numerous somatic therapies and dance modalities, including 5Rhthyms, Soul Motion, Authentic Movement, Contact Improvisation, Body Tales, Continuum, Contemplative Dance Practice, and Butoh, all of which influence what I offer through my dance facilitation.
