Dancing has been part of me since my youth – at parties or in clubs and elsewhere, I found my fascination for contemporary dance. A significant experience was the piece SIDEWAYS RAIN by comp. Alias, which changed my perception of my body in space and time just by watching it.
It was in 2018 that I found a home in Open Floor Movement Practice, which gives me structure and freedom at the same time. It allows me to express my essence and life force, to engage and interact as a holistic being on all dimensions between earth and heaven.
I was born in 1985 in the former GDR. My path led me from musicology and cultural management to pedagogy and to conscious dance practice – from head to body and integrated back to completeness.
I teach and produce Open Floor workshops and trainings.
