Line fell in love with conscious dance in 2012. It kept her sane and happy during a challenging time in her life. After a burnout in 2015, Line followed her heart and signed up for the Open Floor teacher training. She has been teaching Open Floor in both the USA (Texas and New York) and Belgium since 2017. ~Line is also an ecstatic dance DJ, trained by the ‘Shaman of Dance’, Kareem Raïhani, and a vinyasa yoga teacher. Music, meditation, movement and pranayamas will always make part of her act. ~With a background in architecture, urban design, and musical theater, Line regularly organises Art in Motion workshops in which Open Floor practice and other creative processes are combined on the dance floor – writing, singing, painting, drawing, and landart,… ~She speaks and teaches mainly in english and dutch but is also fluent in french and spanish. For a few years Line has been teaching workshops in art colleges to large groups of young adults. ~ Your wild plans to bring dance and creativity to you and your friends will be met with enthusiasm.
