Martha Sharples has always had movement and dance close to her heart, even when she was working in an office and later as a landscaper. In 2017 she became an Open Floor Teacher and has been teaching ever since. Martha believes we thrive by processing our world through movement, small or large. Come and join her as together we explore, discover and play with how to move our sitting or upright bodies and how that can energize our everyday life.
