Phil discovered yoga and meditation in 1990, and started with conscious dance ten years later. He has been a yoga teacher for 30 years, mostly training und upskilling teachers around the world the past 20 years.Phil has also been a mindfulness meditation teacher for a long time, and has taught conscious dance for years. In between, he studied Shiatsu and has worked as a Shiatsu therapist – another skill he brings to his teaching Open Floor.Phil is passionate about mindful and playful embodiment, self-inquiry, and exploring safe connection to self and others.
