After several years of working in the management of development aid projects, today I am involved in what makes my heart sing:

• movement and voice as gateways to presence to self and the world
• sociocracy as management system promoting collective intelligence and new ways to live and co-create with one another

My teaching is deeply anchored in my own experience. The spaces that I offer are infused with welcoming kindness, trust and aliveness. We use Open Floor movement resources as well as the wisdom of life cycles and any inspiration that feels relevant in our explorations. The dance floor as a training ground for life? Why not?I love to build bridges between practices and I seek to bring Open Floor and conscious movement to different environments, either by facilitating sessions myself, or by inviting teachers that inspire me for weekend workshops. I also offer 1:1 sessions in the forest.
