As an embodied leader of creative freedom – an artist, creative therapist, Dancing Freedom facilitator, Open Floor teacher and weaver of soundscapes- I love to guide people into a more loving relationship with their body and the Earth, to inspire our gratitude for this beautiful gift of life, and to assist people and communities in developing strong foundations of connected-ness, kindness and integrity.

As an earth guardian committed to regenerating our relationship with land and culture, I hold a vision for the sacredness of everyday life. I offer spaces for deep listening woven with tools and practices that empower you to find your unique voice and freedom for the greater good of all.

I am available for individual and group creative therapy sessions, Dancing Freedom & Open Floor workshops, sacred sound circles and the creation of sacred and site specific altars, decor and artwork.
