My teaching and facilitation are informed by more than 35 years in the field of embodiment education: Founding Member of OFI since 2014; Trained with Gabrielle Roth in 1994; Graduated as a Movement and Drama Therapist in 1988. In addition, I completed Therapy in Motion in 2016 and 2 years of training in Systemic Constellation in 2023/24.I have an intrinsic trust that all the ingredients for wellness are right there, tucked away in hidden shy places or under our very noses. I believe, or ‘know’, that dancing with awareness – with conscious enquiry – is a reliable gateway for health and vitality on all levels.My depth of presence, experience in group consciousness and group dynamics naturally infuse my teaching. I hold the teaching space with deep attentiveness and clear instruction. My knowledge of and respect for the wisdom of the body is incisive and contagious. I am devoted to utilising embodied movement to harness creativity for the benefit of all beings and the Earth.
