I have practised as a psychotherapist and supervisor since the 1990s, with a special interest in the wisdom of the body, informed largely by Process Work (a transpersonal psychotherapy). I am a certified teacher of Ecstatic Awakening Dance as well as Open Floor, and developed my own conscious dance practice, Flomotion Dance, which takes place in London, at festivals and online. I work with charities and groups as a dance and movement facilitator and have written a book, Dance for Life.I am passionate about dance as portal to joy, self-knowledge, personal growth and the building of community.
