Passionate about dance, creativity, and group dynamics, and concerned about the state of the world, I devote my energy to ecological and human transitions that must also involve personal and collective transformations. With this in mind, I wish to accompany individuals and groups on journeys of transformation where fully inhabiting one’s body (embodied) becomes a way of inhabiting a place or a territory: with awareness, presence, and creativity.
My various tools now enable me to lead workshops where movement becomes a space for exploration, liberation, and transformation. Trained in Open Floor Movement Practice, educational sciences, interior design, and collective intelligence, I design environments conducive to experimentation, promoting connection and reconnection with oneself in a safe and caring setting.
I believe that movement is a powerful lever for transformation, both individually and collectively.
Dancing means listening, feeling, experimenting … and gradually reclaiming your body, your power, your vital energy. Faced with the challenges of our time, I believe in the power of the body in motion to imagine and embody new ways of doing things together. Reconnecting with your body and your creativity also means finding balance with others and with the world. My workshops are for those—individuals and groups—who wish to cultivate presence, confidence, and momentum in their way of being and acting.
