Movement, dance, play and creativity have always been central in my life. From early childhood through adulthood, I have practiced various types of movement and dance modalities, as well as theater and acting.I completed a B.A. in Theatre from Tel-Aviv University, and after graduating more than 25 years ago, I am back in that department as a dance teacher!I graduated with a Master’s degree in Dance/Movement Therapy from Hahnemann University (Philadelphia) and worked as a Dance/Movement Therapist with various populations of all ages, and in different settings, including: psychiatric hospitals, out-patient mental health clinics and group homes, holocaust survivors and their adult children, and women dealing with cancer. After training with Gabrielle Roth in 2008, I shifted the focus of my work from clinical dance therapy to teaching conscious dance. In 2013, I gladly joined OFI founders Kathy, Lori and Andrea and became part of the creative and wise family of OFI Founding Members. Along the years I was also trained as a group facilitator, Hakomi Body-Mind Psychotherapy, and studied with spiritual teacher Thomas Hubl.Today, I have a full weekly teaching schedule in my homeland Israel, where I teach different on-going committed groups. I also teach weekly classes at Tel Aviv University, in the Theater department. In addition I teach Open Floor workshops nationally and internationally.
