I have been part of the conscious dance community since 2000, trained as a 5Rhythms teacher in 2005 and an Open Floor teacher in 2016. My passion for movement and living an embodied life fuels my spiritual life and vocation. My formal education includes earning a master of divinity from Harvard and I have been an ordained minister since 2007. I am an advocate for comprehensive sexuality education across the lifespan and have apprenticed with Andrea Juhan to teach the Libido curriculum of Open Floor. I’ve lived most of my life in New England and currently reside in Maine.
